Keynote Speaker 1:  Xunwei Zhou, Beijing Union University, Beijing

Professor Zhou a professor emeritus in Beijing key laboratory of information service engineering, Beijing Union University since 2012. He construct mutually-inversistic logic and apply it to the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence, such as automatic theorem proving, logic programming, planning and scheduling, expert systems, semantic network, program verification, natural language understanding, hardware verification, machine learning, data mining, uncertainty reasoning, program refinement, many-valued computer, etc. He published about 80 papers, authored 4 monographs on them. He is a senior member of China Computer Federation, a member of Technical Committee of Artificial Intelligence Theory of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, a director of Beijing Logical Association.

Keynote Speaker 2:  Associate Professor Erdal Kayacan, Aarhus University, Denmark

Erdal Kayacan received a Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering at Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey in 2011. After finishing his post-doctoral research in KU Leuven at the division of mechatronics, biostatistics and sensors (MeBioS) in 2014, he worked in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering as an assistant professor for four years. Currently, he is pursuing his research at Aarhus University at the Department of Engineering as an associate professor. He has since published more than 110 peer-refereed book chapters, journal and conference papers in model-based and model-free control, parameter and state estimation, and their robotics applications. He has completed a number of research projects which have focused on the design and development of ground and aerial robotic systems, vision-based control techniques and artificial intelligence. Dr. Kayacan is co-writer of a course book “Fuzzy Neural Networks for Real Time Control Applications, 1st Edition Concepts, Modeling and Algorithms for Fast Learning”. He is a Senior Member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Since 1st Jan 2017, he is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems and IEEE Transactions on Mechatronics.

Keynote Speaker 3:  Prof. Sunny Joseph Kalayathankal. MSc., BEd, MPhil, CIC, PGDCA, ADCA, MCA, M.Tech, Ph.D (Mathematics), Ph.D Computer Science

Prof. Dr. Sunny Joseph Kalayathankal received the MSc. degree from Kerala University ,Kerala, India in 1986, BEd from Calicut University, Kerala in 1987, MPhil in 1993 and Ph.D (Mathematics) degree in 2010 from Kerala University, MCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India in 2002, M.Tech IT from Karnataka State Open University in 2013 and Ph.D. in Computer Science under Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India in 2018. He is currently working as a Professor & Dean of Research Jyothi Engineering College Affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thrissur, Kerala India and has 33 years of teaching and 16 years of research experience. He has published more than 84 papers in the areas of Fuzzy modelling and decision making, Graph theory and Applied Mathematics. He has served as invited speaker in various National and International conferences. He is the reviewer of Iranian Journal of Fuzzy System, International Journal of Fuzzy system and Journal of Mathematical Modeling and Computer Simulation.
